A couple of questions for you if I may.
1) How exactly do you propose to attract new business to Carterton?
2) What are your views on the amalgamation of MDC, CDC and SWDC? Do you think this would help the Wairarapa as a whole, and enable it to present itself as a united front when applying for funding from central government for various projects?
3) How is the Wairarapa ever going to encourage growth (both residential and business) if the whole region is serviced by a goat track over the Rimutakas and a seemingly semi-functional railroad?

Awaiting response\r\n\r\nBy continuing the upgrade of the centre of the town. \r\n\r\nAmalgamation will only come about if the majority of the Wairarapa vote for it.\r\n\r\nWe already speak on a united front when addressing issues.\r\n\r\nThe upgrade already in progress is a great start hopefully it will continue.\r\n\r\nThe upgraded trains also arriving will benifit us all
