- The setting up of community led broadband provisioning to increase economic opportunities in our area and the ability to work from home. A dedicated project is needed to get the numbers and funding to make it affordable and again it needs to be innovative.
- The development of a sustainable long term plan for the Manukau Harbour that covers conservation, development and guardianship.
- The development of a tourism package to make sure we make the most of the Rugby World Cup opportunity. We have huge potential a great little town, the harbour, the coast the landscape the people and proximity to downtown Auckland. Use this as a catalyst. Let’s make the most of it!
