49 years old and lived in Tokoroa over 35 years.   Married Peter Cook 26 years ago and we both come from large families we have strong family values.   We chose to raise our children here as we believe the people here provide a wonderful united community with a lot to offer.   I have a strong business sense, open, honest and willing to listen.   After working for our community for my first term, I have worked hard and learnt a lot.   I feel it would be unjust and a waste of the effort I put in, the knowledge I have gained and the confidence you put in me, if I did not stand again.   I appreciate and feel humbled by the fact the South Waikato elected me to serve the people of our district and will continue to strive to do my best for the community.   Our district is our home.
