Currently Trustee 'Keep Waitakere Beautiful' which has planted hundreds of trees for 'Tree's for Babies.' Founding member of Waitakere Asian Support Group. We need quality jobs for our residents. Want to encourage the development of small to medium business for local employment. Believe in some form of Rates relief for short period of new business. Want strong train/ bus infrastructure to give all residents better access to public transport. Very concerned with growing youth actions with graffiti and on going crime in the Avondale−New Lynn area. Want more open council and more consultation with the community. Important things for me are that I work for my Ward and the city as a whole. My door is always open, as a strong Independent I am totally accountable.
