Warwick is a successful retired businessman and now a Company Director. He's a dedicated Our Town Rangiora committee member and the originator and owner of www.rangiora.com. Warwick is fiercely independent and after 6 years is the second longest serving member of the Rangiora Advisory Board, where he has continuously fought to get more efficient services from the council and to better represent ratepayers' concerns. He would like your support to continue to do so. He cannot promise to reduce the increasing burden of rates, but he does promise you, to do everything he can to lessen that burden and to constantly maintain an effective watch on council costs. He will be constantly aware of customer concerns and the need for improved service delivery and where possible cost reduction. Council needs to be constantly aware of people's concerns and on the new Board, Warwick would always be striving for just that.
