Esther Lakisa was born and bred in Auckland with strong grass roots level of understanding of the community as well as passion to nurture and support it Married with one adult child, Esther is a Director of Pasefika Finance and Professional Services Ltd. Her personal philosophy is "to serve with a willing and humble heart" and to ensure that the community's voices are heard. She has participated on committees of various organizations. President/Founder of the Pacific Island Bodybuilding Association; President of the Samoan Federation of Bodybuilding; Founding Chairperson NZ Sports, Health and Fitness Foundation. She considers herself to be a role model to many aspiring young business leaders who look for the next challenge to further themselves for the benefit of their community. She is a supportive advocate for progressive outcome based initiatives, for young aspiring business leaders in the competitive business sectors of South Auckland.
