Tafafuna'i Tasi Lauese JP is married with 5 children and 16 grandchildren. He has been a Mangere resident for 42 years and is currently a member of the Mangere Community Board. He is Chairman of the Pacific Peoples Advisory Council (Auckland Remand Prison), a Court Justice and Justice of the Peace, the Co-ordinator/Treasurer of Samoa Atia’e I Magele Inc Society (Community Services) and Treasurer and Elder of the Mangere PIC Church combined group. He volunteers regularly at the Mangere CAB as a Justice of the Peace.
