Councillor for Mangere since 2006. Live in Mangere and married to Ken. Sylvia is dedicated to serving those in her ward and available for all residents. A person who has made a difference. Is aware of the needs in South Auckland and will make sure that these needs are met. Believe in integrity in all matters and will represent all residents in Manukau with no political party influence and irrespective of culture. We want more multi−sport facilities, less graffiti and crime, less liquor outlets, cleaner streets, no fixed water charges and make Manukau into a multicultural tourist mecca. South Auckland has huge potential to bring vibrancy to the area − let's make it happen. We have been neglected, and we do have pride, Sylvia will work for you. Someone needs to speak up for those who seem to be ignored. We do matter and we deserve better.
