It is going to be vital over the next three years to preserve our community identity as this huge new city is formed. As your community co−ordinator for almost 20 years and community board member for 12 years, I ask for your support to help me continue with the work I have been doing in East Coast Bays since 1991. Many of you will have attended the hundreds of community events and activities I have organised and know what a great sense of community wellbeing these provide. A strong local board with experienced, passionate and committed people is going to be essential to ensure what we most value in ECB is maintained and continued. I work in Browns Bay, am accessible and have the networks to be able to bring people together to find creative solutions to problems, and I have the knowledge and the ability to get things done.
