Roshni Golian has been a resident of Onehunga for more than 18 years. She has a passion for community work and at present is a member of a number of community organisations. As a C & R representative Roshni will engage her exceptional leadership skills in order to improve the Maungakiekie Region and Auckland. She will help pursue greater vibrancy in Auckland communities with greater efficiency in council spending. This will lead to a more affordable region to live and work in. Auckland's local parks and reserves need to be maintained so they last for generations to come and Auckland's notorious traffic problems will be addressed through increasing levels of public transport, as well as striving for a safer community for all.
