I am pleased to stand once more for the Stratford District Council.

Having been successful at six previous elections, I have a substantial amount of practical experience and I am currently on numerous committees of both the Stratford and combined Taranaki Councils.

I have lived on our dairy farm at Midhirst all my life with my wider family having lived and farmed in the area for over 120 years.

Although a staunch Stratford Councillor, I have a strong affinity to the rural sector, and with my wife Margaret who is the Central Taranaki Rural Women leader, I have a broader appreciation of the concerns of the wider rural area.

Finally I would like to thank all those who have supported me in the past, and I look forward to your continued support for the coming election.
