I Care about TAWA.

I have been a member of the Tawa Community Board for fifteen years, and am the current Chairperson.

 Opportunities for Tawa in the next triennium are:

• Redevelopment of the Tawa Mall;

• Revitalisation of Tawa Main Road;

• Tawa Stream walkway,(finance permitting);

• Improvements to our Parks and sports fields;

• The new Matangi trains;

• Transmission Gully;

• Reshaping of local government resulting from Aucklands “Super City”.

 These projects will require a strong voice for Tawa.

I have lived in Tawa since 1987. My wife, Dianne, and I have two teenage sons, David and Matthew. I am a member of Tawa Rotary, Tawa Progressive and Ratepayers Association, Friends of Tawa Bush Reserves, Tawa Community Patrols and Wellington Marathon Clinic.

As a committed and involved Tawa resident of over 20 years I wish to continue my enthusiastic representation of our community!!
