Peter, along with his wife and three girls have lived in Mt Roskill for 30 years and enjoy the rich heritage of Roskill and its neighbouring communities. He is committed to prudent, transparent leadership ensuring all community facilities and resources are affordable and efficiently managed. He desires to see diversity celebrated in the community and that all citizens feel safe and cared for. Peter's involvement in the community has included the annual Three Kings Christmas Carols by Candlelight Event over the past 29 years, as a School Board Member, Youth Worker and in various roles in Church leadership. He is a Managing Director of an Insurance Brokering company and is currently Branch Chairperson of the Auckland Branch of Insurance Brokers Association NZ.
