Three years as a Papakura District Councillor, Chair of Papakura Safer Community Group. Member of Grafitti Action Group, Councillor on Kaitiaki group. Member of Rotary Club of Drury. I organise the Christmas Salvation Army produce collection. I'm a keen local sports enthusiast. I believe environmental awareness is important. Support local native bush restoration projects. I've the experience to be an effective Local Board member. Lived in Papakura for 30 years. Now semi−retired many years of business experience has taught me to listen before making sound decisions. To ensure a strong Local Board vote for me and my Team Papakura colleagues. We opposed the super city but now need to make it work for Papakura.
