Michael Williams is a Manukau City Councillor for Botany and was previously Chairman of the Botany Community Board.

Michael has successfully led initiatives such as the Howick name debate, the intersection upgrade starting soon on Ti Rakau / Pakuranga Motorway, protecting heritage buildings Hawthorne Dene and Baverstock Schoolhouse, and building a Botany Community Hall.

A Chief Financial Officer, his financial and leadership skills will ensure the proper functioning of the Howick Local Board.

Michael, who has a young family, is committed to making Botany a vibrant and safe place to live and taking care of the environment − our parks, streams and bush remnants.

He will continue to show good stewardship and financial restraint to keep rates to a reasonable level and ensure meaningful community engagement in local decision making.

Please vote for Council Candidates Dick Quax and Jami−Lee Ross, Michael Williams and the full Citizens and Ratepayers Team.
