Mary−Ann de Kort, a Mt Wellington resident and a worker's advocate who is committed to fairness and equity in the workplace, stands for empowering the local community. Mary−Ann has a Social Science Honours degree (2003) and a Graduate Diploma of Disputes Resolution (2004) from The University of Waikato and worked for 13 years in the banking industry, gaining invaluable financial experience for her role on the Licensing Trust.
