I have been a member of the Mosgiel Taieri Community Board since 1998. I have found the experience both rewarding and frustrating. I have found that there are ways of getting things done without hitting your head against a brick wall and this has come with experience. I am passionate about Mosgiel and its future. In the last 7 years we have achieved success on industrial and residential expansion and now the fight is on for retail. Mosgiel is growing but not in retail. More shops e.g. footwear, better retail car parking, storm water/flooding to be a priority, more consistency with street cleaning and mud tank cleaning, new swimming pool open year round. A vote for me means more positive progress with experience.
