I'm married to Richard, we have four sons, and I've lived in Dunedin all my life. I love both its heritage and its artistic, creative, youthful spirit. I have over 20 years experience in education and am currently a lecturer in curriculum mathematics at the University of Otago College of Education. Through my teaching and work in the community I see the needs of families. Permanent jobs, a wide variety of career opportunities, local business growth, affordable rates and services, growing school rolls, safe neighbourhood communities, and a belief in a strong identity and future are priorities for our city. I'm clear thinking, I work hard and I'll genuinely listen to you. I've joined the Greater Dunedin team because collectively we will work to get the Council back on track, manage inherited debt honestly and wisely, be responsible caretakers of our city for our children, and rebuild your trust.
