My name is Jonathan. For almost all of my life I have lived in Albany and have watched its development from orchards to a vibrant hub of Auckland. This is a great place to live and enjoy life and I want to help ensure that vibrancy for years to come. The Upper Harbour local board is responsible for listening to the community and asking questions back. The local board needs to do everything it can to understand what the community wants, what the community needs and what the best way of serving the community is. Some Board members may view this as a part−time job, an add−on to their careers. However, if elected I intend to devote my entire effort to working for the community and finding the best way forward for Albany. Everyone deserves to have their voices heard and their representatives do the best work possible.
