I have a strong belief that we have a responsibility to treat alcohol as a potentially addictive habit forming drug. But I am aware alcohol plays a big part in many people's lives from those who are wine buffs through to those who enjoy a drink with good friends and fine food at the end of the day or on special occasions. The Trust is a multimillion dollar business that requires guiding and managing in a proper manner by people who represent ordinary folk in our community. If elected I see my roll as one of balance and moderation, whilst representing your views. I would attend meetings regularly, punctually, and stay for their duration. As a school principal, family man, education advocate, and past community board member (Not standing this time) I would use my skills and experience to ensure the trusts sustainability and ongoing support for community organisations.
