Kia Ora, Talofa Lava, Greetings. I'm a fourth generation 'Kiwi' Scot with 38 years experience in education and 12 years experience in voluntary work in Otara. My wife is Vaovai Fuimaono, Fonoti, Te'o. We have 7 children and 15 grandchildren. Why vote for me? Because I'll − Promote Otara First; Promote Spiritual Values; Respect our Elders. Establish a Council of Elders; Work closely with all Cultures; Nurture our Youth, the challenged, the Vulnerable; Establish a Youth Council; Promote Excellence in Education; Promote more Jobs and a Strong Local Economy; Clean up our Lake and Creek; Reduce Pokies and Liquor Outlets; Continue our Free Libraries and Pools; Maintain our Parks and Walkways; Build the Otara Heritage Trail; Protect Otara's Boundaries; Promote an Effective Otara Network and Action Committee; Promote the Otara Towards 2060 Vision and Plan; Implement the Otara Advocacy Plan 2010. Enough is Enough. Time for Change. Vote Jim Sinclair
