Jan Welch has been on the Trust for twelve years, and is also currently Deputy Chair of Mt Wellington Foundation and a member of Dunkirk Road Activity Centre's management board. Having served on the Auckland City Council and the Tamaki Community Board, Jan's experience makes her an effective Trust member. Jan will continue to work for the best interests of the community, resourcing groups, schools and clubs to develop positive programmes in our area. In the past three years, an average of $1 million has been distributed annually. Without substantial funding from our Trust, many groups in our area would struggle to survive.
