Since being elected I have continued to act on my original guarantee of honesty and commitment. I am confident that my experience, dedication, understanding/knowledge of Council has made a positive difference to the District. 

My determination to keep costs down for rate payers has never changed. I am passionate about continuing to work for the ongoing benefit of our wonderful district and its special people. I have lived and worked in urban and rural areas which gives me a unique view of District wide issues. I am very approachable and willing to help people in their dealings with Council. 

I'm presently Council's Policy Chairman and the Coordinator for Volunteering New Plymouth where I work alongside our communities volunteers. I am an effective debater and robustly represent all points of view as a Councillor. I would like to continue to work for you over the next three years. Thanks for your support.
