It's been a privilege working for you as an independent councillor for the past six years. 

Thank you for having confidence in me, I hope I've earned your vote again. 

If re−elected I know I can continue making a positive contribution as our growing city moves forward. 

Listening to community concerns is critical to being an effective councillor and I've always been available to discuss issues at anytime and to speak out when necessary. 

I've championed heritage, better urban design, advocated for free downtown parking, improved roading, CBD revitalisation and ensuring a safer city. 

I've supported projects involving youth, seniors, sports, art and culture and backed many groups and volunteers who make a real difference. 

My other community roles on the health board and as Government appointed chairman of Wintec have ensured the city remains closely connected with health and education.
