I have lived in Huntly all my life. I am a self employed blue collar worker (carpainter) and I am not always Politically correct, but I consider that a bonus.
Currently I am Chair of the Huntly Community Board, Treasurer of the Huntly RSA and Chair of the Lake Hakanoa Motor Camp.
I have been very outspoken on a number of occasions and have proven business ability.
If elected I would encourage more input from Community Boards because personally I do not consider Ward Councillors truly representative of their constituents, and vote
accordingly.
Irrespective of who wins the mayoralty, I will continue to support whoever is elected to the best of my ability.
