Being of the people, for the people, I wish to stand again in the Tokoroa Ward as your Councillor.  My husband Peter and I have lived here for 44 years and are appsionate about Tokoroa, which is a great place for families.  Early childhood through to tertiary standard, economic development, health and tourism are my passion, together with social concerns and the wellbeing of the South Waikato’s residents.  Leading a healthy lifestyle, encouraging youth to participate in sport, and exercise for everyone, can only reap benefits.  I support our proposed Sport and Events Centre, which will be a great asset for our District.  Maintaining a Clean, Green Image, together with trimming our budget to keep our rates as low as possible, has been a priority, together with attracting new businesses to the South Waikato.  He aha te mea nui o tea o?  He tangata.  He tangata.  He tangata.
