Building the Ashburton Trust to a position of strength was my passion for twenty years as a Chartered Accountant and the Trust's Financial Accountant, and as Secretary/Manager of the Charitable Foundation I enjoyed a strong interest in the welfare of our community. I am standing for the Trust to help provide the responsible financial management needed now. A careful finance focus is critical for the next phase of the Trust's development to consolidate and cement the Trust's investments for the benefit of the community. Detailed knowledge of the Trust's structure from previous service combined with more recent experience means I bring to the table solid business and planning skills and specific industry knowledge. I am Practice Manager at Gabites Ltd, married to Tony and have two adult children, Carl and Katie.
