Hi I'm Efu Koka, City Councillor from Otara representing Manukau. Residing in Papatoetoe with my partner for 26 years with 4 adult children and one grandson. Born in Samoa and arrived in NZ when I was 4, I hail from the villages of Nofoalii, Nei'afu and Avatele Niue and also have heritage to Germany. Educated at Mayfield Primary, Bairds Intermediate, Hillary College and Papatoetoe High. I am a successful director and business owner of several companies in Property acquisition and a former people's advocate with the Engineers union working in Otara, Papatoetoe, Mangere and Otahuhu. I am committed to serving the people in our community and passionate about keeping our housing for the elderly and working with the leaders of tomorrow. It has been an honour and a privilege to serve the people of Manukau and I wish to continue doing the best to achieve community goals and aspirations.
