Standing with Rates Control Team − to work for you.
I am committed to: keeping rates increases down; looking for ways to reduce city debt; achieving sustainable, affordable growth of Hamilton through innovative planning and development while honouring our heritage and natural landscapes; promoting a safe, vibrant city with community spirit in which to live, work, raise children, be educated and access great entertainment, arts, sports and culture; celebrating individuals, community organisations, businesses.
Hamilton needs a Council that is accountable, practices sound governance and keeps to budget as the norm, not the exception.
I am a lawyer operating my own patent attorney practise. I serve as deputy chair of WEL Energy Trust and on Export New Zealand's Waikato executive. I have lived in Hamilton for the past 24 years, graduating law and social science from Waikato University, before which I worked in sciences at Electricorp and the University of Waikato.
