As our population matures it places more demands on services.
They are manageable.
Governance of and support for our skilled, motivated, sensitive health professionals is a major responsibility.
I am experienced to do so.
The areas largest budget, largest employer requires experience, and intergrity coupled with a humanitarian overview.
I have that.
Our health system is world class. All staff want to keep it so.
I will work with them to do so.
Positive contacts with many community groups enhances my experience of our communities health needs particuarly those from varied cultural backgrounds.
A background of community service, governance and operational experience including audit committee, chairmanships of large budgets equips me well.
