I am a third generation North Shore resident and have lived in the East Coast Bays for over 30 years. Currently living in beautiful Mairangi Bay I wish to see that the needs of the ratepayers in our electorate are not lost in the new amalgamation and that the ECB continues to be the best place to live. As an independent I pledge to: Welcome input and comment from ratepayers; Attend all required meetings; Endeavor to ensure that ratepayers receive best 'value' for all expenditure; Be forward thinking with an open mind to all matters; Actively debate any matter that does not seem to be in the best interests of the residents/ratepayers Employed by a large bank I have considerable business experience and have travelled extensively. No personal business interests that could influence my decision making. This is the time for a new look Council. Fresh faces, fresh ideas.
