Bob has lived in Kumeu for the past 24 years with his wife bringing and  3 children.  I am a local business owner in Kumeu .   In the past, I was Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Huapai District School for 7 years .

My main objective in standing for Council is to Keep North West Country!      I strongly believe in maintaining this Lifestyle for existing families that do not want to surrounded by yet another high density suburb and for new families wanting space and privacy around them without having to move further from the City centre.  Extending the Countryside living zone past the existing Urban Zoning onto unproductive larger blocks around Kumeu, Waimauku and Helensville would be my goal rather than developing more Industrial or Commercial Zoning where there is already an oversupply and no demand.
