I have extensive experience from working in the different officer roles with the community groups of Scouting, Freemasonry, New Edinburgh Folk Club, Musselburgh School PTA, NZPPTA, CTU Otago being the NZPPTA Rep. My employment has been as a Civil Engineering Officer and Draughtsman and a School Workshop Teacher. This experience has given me a very good baseline of how major enterprises operate. I have the ability to see the big picture as well as the detail of an issue. This city's collection of Victorian building stock makes us the pre- eminent centre in Australasia. We have to work harder to market this feature. I support the Cable Car proposal, the South Dunedin Library proposal, having John Wilson pedestrian only. I disagree with the proposal to relocate Ja 1274. I have the ability to be a Councillor and maintain the stewardship our city requires. I hereby solicit your support for my candidacy.
