Wiri Licensing Trust

The Wiri Licensing Trust is a valuable community owned business which serves its local community by operating bars in a socially responsible way and by returning its profits to the community through grants and donations. The Trust faces some challenging issues over the next three years as it begins to redevelop its investment properties. I have been a trustee of the Trust for 24 years and I would like to continue to help the Trust meet these challenges. I ask for your support and your vote to allow me to continue this work.

Manurewa Local Trust

The new Auckland Council provides us in Manurewa with a huge opportunity to build the community we want rather than have to suffer at the hands of a Council which is more interested in building roads and facilities in the eastern suburbs. The new Manurewa Board can become an effective advocate for Manurewa. With the right people involved I believe that the Board can provide the leadership we need to begin some badly needed community projects. I would like to be part of the Manurewa Board to ensure that these things happen. I believe that I have the experience and skills to contribute to this cause and I ask for your vote so that I can. My experience includes 14 years as a city councillor and 6 years as a member of the Manurewa Community Board, BOT member and sports club coach and administrator.
