It’s time for a change in Upper Hutt. We need passion, energy and visibility to make Upper Hutt a better place to live, and to get things moving with more urgency than we’ve seen over the past six years. To stop Upper Hutt drifting we need to focus on: (1) Safety– feeling safe, being able to walk the city at any time without fear; (2) Business– making it easy to work, trade and build up a business; (3) The Young– making the most of the next generations. EIQ is my own Upper Hutt risk management and organisational review business. I also have experience as a Detective Inspector in the Royal Hong Kong Police, Director of the Fair Trading Branch at the Commerce Commission, General Manager running a stevedoring company and manager of Castrol Oils distribution in London. Upper Hutt needs focus, energy and visibility. It’s time for a change.
